I was at my college orientation in a new place where I knew absolutely no one at all.
I walked around at lunchtime trying to find somewhere to sit when I noticed a really cute guy eating alone. I thought about asking him to eat with me as I got closer to him, but I felt more and more nervous as I approached him. Before I knew it, the words kind of just fell out of my mouth and, thankfully, I was able to sit with him and start up a conversation.
It was sort of a crazy feeling because I didn’t expect myself to ask a stranger to sit with me and I don’t even know what drew me to him so quickly. After lunch, he asked me for my number and I, of course, gave it to him, even though I had a boyfriend. A few months later, we started school and started hanging out more and more. I knew I was falling for him and so I broke up with my boyfriend back at home.
It was a bumpy and complicated story, but in the end, it was clear we should be together, falling quickly in love. Last month we celebrated our 2 year anniversary. This was the perfect gift for him, an astronomy major, who is always teaching me new things about the night sky.
It’s also amazing to remember that exact day and time and place where we thankfully met and began our story. ❤️

A story by Peter T at Salem, VA 24153, USA on the 27th of May, 2018, at 4:00pm

I was a supervisor at Starbucks. That particular Sunday a coworker of mine was getting married. A supervisor from another store was scheduled to come in and cover the remainder of my shift so I could be at my friend's wedding. I had never met this other supervisor in person, only messaged with her a few times over text.

I remember counting down the minutes to when she was scheduled to arrive. I was talking her up to all my co-workers. Then, the moment she set foot through the doors it felt as though time had stopped. For a little background, I had been single for around 3 years by that point. I had zero interest in dating anyone. But the moment I saw her, I fell in love. I didn't realize it at first but over the next few weeks, I found myself going to the store just to talk to her. I remember when I was handing off my keys and getting her up to speed I kept fumbling my words and stuttering. I had never felt that way before. My co-workers teased me for weeks after.

About 2 or 3 weeks after I met up with her for work reasons. As she got into her car and began to pull away I did a 180 and walked back to her car. I remember being so nervous I had such a hard time getting the words out. Eventually, I was able to ask her if she was seeing anyone and if not would she be interested in getting dinner at some point. She said she wasn't seeing anyone and would love to get dinner. I awkwardly said I'll talk to you soon then and once I got in my car I did a little happy dance. And then I saw her looking over at me while I did my happy dance. My face went beet red out of embarrassment.

Fast forward 10 months and we're now planning to buy our first house. She has a 5-year-old daughter whom I love as if she was my own flesh and blood. We've celebrated birthdays and holidays as a family. We both share a similar past and have similar goals and wants. She's become my best friend and I can't imagine life without her.

While trying to find Valentine's Day present for her I stumbled upon this website. As cheesy as I can be sometimes, I thought this would be a good way to express how significant that day is for me. That was the day my life flipped upside down and changed forever. At that moment, I was hers.

My story is really simple, it was the start to the rest of my life.
I finally worked up the courage to ask out the girl I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. People always say you'll know you're with the right person when you get that special feeling and I can confirm this is true. I'm confident when I say I'm going to love this girl for the rest of my life and I would do anything and everything to get to see her beautiful smile.
I'm only 19 years old but there's no love like young love and the time I've spent with her has been short but it really has been the best time of my life. Clearly, everyone has ups and downs but you'll know you really care about someone when all you do is realize how much you love the other person in one of those down moments. I love this girl to the moon and back and I know she loves me with all her heart and that's how it will be forever.
June 8th, 2018 was just the foundation of when it all started and Under Lucky Stars made it so we can remember that night for the rest of our lives.

The story of 6:08 pm on July 12th, 2016 at Harris Methodist Medical Center is that my son was born that time during an emergency C-Section after my wife was in labor for almost 72 hours.

We had my son at that hospital due to him have a Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) called Hypo-Plastic Left Heart Syndrome. In layman terms, my son was born without the left side of his heart. As less the 24 hours old he underwent his first in a series of three open heart surgeries. He spent after that surgery 2 days with his chest open where my wife and I could see his heart pumping inside of his chest through a little screen tape on his chest.
From there he spent 47 days on the ventilator. During the first surgery, his diaphragm had been paralyzed. My wife and I prayed for countless hours over our son. God answered our prayers and the day that the doctors were going to permanently deflate his diaphragm, and this would cause a trachea to be placed. They did an echo on his chest and saw movement in his diaphragm and he was able to be removed from the ventilator and we were home 2 weeks later.
He had his second surgery at 3 and a half months old. We are now about to celebrate his third birthday and also are preparing for his 3rd and hopefully final surgery. This surgery will be mid to late August of 2019.
The God of this universe that created those stars that were shining down on us that day I never want to lose sight of.

The amazing picture received was in perfect condition and made my wife burst into tears.

My fiance had planned a weekend getaway with his best friend and his wife. Us two couples were planning a relaxing spa weekend after he got back from hunting and it was going to absolutely amazing!

We planned trips to the hot springs, vapor caves, hiking, shopping, everything! He had a list of things to pack and I didn't question a thing! We set out with out friends and went to start our extended weekend with a lovely hike up to hanging lake trail.

Once we reached the summit, he pulled me aside to hike up to spotting rock, a little waterfall, and once tucked away from the crowds of the busy trail, asked me to marry him. He had my beautiful ring and the most handsome smile on his face.
The best day of my life!

5 months prior to this special moment, a small group of friends and I took our annual guys trip to Whistler.
While there, a buddy of mine had met a girl, we drank and had fun, they exchanged numbers only to not talk again for another 4 months.

Flash forward, my buddy gets a text from his friend from Whistler, she tells him she is coming to our (near by) town to see a concert, he excitedly said yes but didn't want to go alone. Being the best friend, he asks me to go with him to the concert, only later to find out that it's a Post Malone concert and that I have no interest in spending a crazy amount of money for floor seats for us to be with her and her friends at a concert I don't want to go to in the first place, but I did it anyway.
The date was April 29th, 2018. We we're on the floor in front of the stage. Well I was, my buddy was sucking face with this girl somewhere and I was having a decent time, standing there listening to music, pounding beers to past the time. I like to think I am pretty outgoing, especially when I have been drinking so I start conversations with the girl beside me. We started talking about how people were pushing their way to the front even though there was no room to begin with. All the sudden here she comes. Walking up with a beer starting to talk to the girl I was having a conversation with.
I was star struck, I never really knew the type that all my friends said I go for, but man did she hit every box. I was trying to play it cool, and I was out of beer, so I left for a refill. As I am coming back the main event is starting and the people that were hanging in the back of the floor we're suddenly rushing to the stage. There was no way I was getting back to her. But finally I did. We hung out the whole concert having fun. Last song comes and the crowd dispersed. She was nowhere to be found. I find my buddy and we are walking out of the venue with my head held low because I didn't get her number.
We call an Uber and walk to the front. I see her standing up against the wall and my face lights up like the street light she is standing almost perfectly under. We talk for a second and get a call from the Uber driver, he's here, just when I was about to ask her for her phone number, her friend says "Well, I guess see you never?"
It's my shot, I take it and ask for her Snapchat, which I felt totally weird saying as I would normally say number, but I guess the beers got the best of me. Haha. Much to my surprise they said yes. A couple hours and a few more beers later I shoot my shot and ask her out. She said yes.

1 year later we are moved in and starting the next chapter of our lives together.

My wife and I actually met in 2001, when I was 11 and she was 10; We went to the same Church. We went our ways in our teen years and fast-forwarding to 2010, leads us to the evening I fell in love so madly and deeply.

October 27th, 2010: I was with my mother and we were chatting about whatever when she happens to mention my wife. She told me that Chelsie was in the hospital with cervical cancer. You see, I’ve lost a lot of people to cancer in my lifetime and when she told me, I had the greatest amount of empathy and concern for her. I decided to gather up some flowers and go visit her; but upon arriving, the hospital said there was no record of her being there. Later that night, I [finally] signed up for Facebook and searched for her - we ended chatting for a bit and she told me that she had herself un-listed in the hospital patient-directory, for personal reasons.

We decided to meet up the next day.
October 28th, 2010: So, this date I chose for our picture, not only was it our first date, it was the first time I met my son. We spent a few hours together and I drove them up 8th Street to a pullout along the road that lets you view all of our city and the mountain ranges in the background. As we watched the sun set, I found myself watching her more than anything. My heart raced like I had never even talked to a girl before...

That’s my story of October 28th, 2010. It’s the day I realized who my soulmate was, after all those years. The day I fell in love with my son. The day I saw that I really did have a future ahead of me; one with her.

We’ve been married for 8 years now and have three beautiful children. I couldn’t ask for more out of life. Chelsie has taught me so much, but most of all, she taught me that I can be loved. Loved in a way that I didn’t even know was possible.
Thank you for reading :)

On October 30, 2018 at 1:45am my beloved Jake Ryan Gregg climbed the stairway to Dog Heaven. The chart was the route he took on his journey.

Upon his arrival in Dog Heaven, he was asked to serve as the liaison between earth and Dog Heaven - and so he created a Twitter account (@dogheaventweets). He also got thumbs; the wi-fi can be spotty though. Jake Ryan helps pet parents by letting them know their dog has made it to Dog Heaven and that they are okay. He shares details about the awesome features of Dog Heaven (guacamole isn't extra, free belly rubs on Thursdays). Back on earth, I have begun to realize the importance of following your passion - which is helping others who are navigating difficult times.

I made a star chart because when he passed was the moment I want to carry with me always. I want to remember how much I love him and how we must use these moments to help others through the most difficult times. Pet loss can be a lonely, dark place - but the grieving need to know they're not alone.

I understand your product captures beautiful moments in life - when we fall in love or have babies, but for me, the most significant moment was when my precious dog went to Dog Heaven and we both began a journey to make the world a better place.

This day, time and location is where I met my wife for the first time.

At the time I worked for a large nutraceuticals company and The Vitamin Shoppe was not only one of my favorite places to shop for my health and wellness products, but it was also one of my company’s largest customers.
I needed to pick up a few things before leaving for The Vitamin Shoppe PEC (Product Education Confrence), so I headed over to The Vitamin Shoppe across from the Arden Fair Mall. I parked in front of her store (five minutes before it opened).
I spent about an hour and a half in her store shopping and speaking with her and I had more butterflies in my stomach than I had ever felt before and I had no idea what to do with that feeling. After saying our goodbyes (knowing that we’d possibly be seeing each other in Florida), I got back into my car, and I called my company’s representative who managed her region and asked why he never told me about her; I immediately followed my question with the statement, “I am going to marry her.”

For the cut and dry, on September 5th of the same year we became husband and wife, and almost 7 and a half years later we have two daughters, a 3 and a half-year-old and a 5-month-old.

I am so in love with my wife and family, and I’m more than grateful for the opportunities, relationship, and people that put us both there that day.
