Our items are custom made and personalized and that limits our refund options compared to non-customized e-commerce.
You are eligible for a refund or another product if:
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We accept exchange or refund requests up to 30 days after the purchase.
Since the products are custom made we don't require you to ship them back to us in case they are damaged. We ask you to send us a photo to inspect.
Products delivered digitally (such as image files, PDF files) are not eligible to a refund. We are happy to make corrections on those in case of an error was made during the ordering process.
