My beautiful star map arrived with damage

We take extensive care when packaging our star maps for shipping. Our unframed maps are sent in sturdy cardboard tubes and our framed maps are protected with bubble wrap, so damage to the product are very rare (under 1%).

However, if this happens to you, we are happy to replace it, free of charge. Please send us an email at support@underluckystars.com with your order reference number and photos of the damage and of the packaging as well, so we can investigate and prevent this from happening again.
