The star map I received is not the one I ordered

Despite this incident being very rare (less than 1%), there have been cases where a wrong map is sent to a customer by mistake. We are only human, after all! 

If this were to happen to you, please get in touch with us at support@underluckystars.com with your order reference number and a photo of the map you received so we can rectify the situation immediately and send you your star map as soon as possible.
